Hawaiian Villa Wedding Package
$3,500-(2024)
If the number of guests, including the bride and groom, is 30 or more, a venue rental fee of $650 (+ tax) will be added.
Taxes are not included in the price.

- Round-trip SUV transportation for the bridal couple from your hotel in Waikiki
(Limousines and larger vehicles are not allowed)
Note
- The fee includes use of the garden and open space under the eaves. Use of the brides’ room is charged separately.
- For 19 or more guests, additional chairs need to be ordered as an option to have all the guests seated. Please inquire if additional chairs are required.
- Additional venue rental fee for 30 or more guests including bride and groom. 31-40 guests plus $650.00
- Only certain types of vehicles are allowed on the grounds of Hawaiian Villas. Only sedans, SUVs, vans, or sprinter vans are allowed. Limousines are not available.
- Bouquets and leis will be prepared according to your wishes by a florist exclusive to Hawaiian Villa.

Bride’s room
The Hawaiian Villa has a lovely pink-toned brides’ room.
Please use it for photographing the bride’s preparation scene or for hair style changes.
There is also a private restroom.
Beach in front of Hawaiian Villa
In front of the Hawaiian Villa is a sandy beach that is open to all.
It is perfect for a quick beach photo shoot or for guests to stroll around.
(The beach may become narrower with the ebb and flow of the tide.)

Holiday Charge
A holiday charge of $1,500.00 (+ tax) will be added for the following holidays
- New Year’s Day (1/1)
- Memorial Day (5/29)
- Independence Day (7/4)
- Labor Day (9/4)
- Thanksgiving Day (11/23)
- Christmas Eve (12/24)
- Christmas Day (12/25)
- New Year’s Eve (12/31)
Deposit
$1,200-（Credit card processing fee: 3%）
If you wish to book the Hawaiian Villa Reception as well, an additional $1,200 deposit is required.。
Tentative Reservation Period
1 week (only if there are 3 months or more until the wedding date)
Cancellation Policy
- Official reservation – 91 days prior to the wedding = $1,200 application fee ($2,400 total if the reception is also reserved)
- 90 – 31 days prior to the wedding = Full wedding package and full reception facility rental fee
- 30 days prior to the wedding date = full wedding, options, and reception fees (including anticipated food and beverage costs)
Date and time change fee
$300 per change of date/time after the reservation has been officially made
