Reservation Process

  1. Inquiry
    • Email
    • We will normally respond within 3 days of receiving your inquiry (excluding weekends and public holidays).
    • If you do not receive a response from us within 3 days, please remind us by email. There may be problems with sending and receiving due to computer, internet, etc. problems.
    • If you have not decided on your desired wedding venue, please let us know the date and time, budget, number of attendees, image of the ceremony, atmosphere of the ceremony venue, etc. We will propose a ceremony venue that matches your wishes.
  2. Venue decided/tentative reservation
    • Eメールuse email for tentative reservation
    • Please check Terms & Condition before booking
  3. We will respond to you via email regarding your reservation status.
  4. Deposit
    • After confirming your reservation, you will be required to pay the deposit
    • Deposit varies depending on venue。
    • Please choose one of the following payment methods.
      • Credit Card VISA、Master、JCB、Amex
      • Wire Bank Money Transfer
  5. Definite Reservation
    • After confirming the payment of the application fee, we will send you a confirmation of the wedding arrangements. The tentative reservation will now become an official reservation.
    • When you receive your wedding arrangement confirmation letter, please check that there are no mistakes in the wedding date, time, names, etc.
    • Please note that once your reservation has been officially confirmed, in the unlikely event that you cancel your reservation, the application fee will be applied to the cancellation fee.
  1. Discussion about options, party contents, etc.

  2. Finalize your reservation and pay the balance
    • All reservation details will be finalized one month before the wedding.
    • Please pay the balance amount

        Sending a payment app named Clover
      • Cash
      • Personal check (US bank denominated in US dollars)
      • Bank transfer (to a bank in Hawaii)
  3. Arrive in Hawaii
    • Please have a final meeting with our staff by the day before the wedding.

  • After confirming your reservation, you will be required to pay the Deposit fee.
  • Deposit fee varies depending on venue。
