Cancellation Policy

• 30~15 days before the shooting date: All packages and options 50%.
• 14 days before the shooting date: 100% of all packages and options

Add Ons

• Additional options for preparation & hotel lobby, photo tour, reception:
  • Up to 1 hour of shooting
• Additional reception options:
  • Please provide details of the reception (time, place, and etc).
• Additional drone options：
  • Up to 1 hour of drone photography (including set-up time)
  • If we deem it impossible to fly due to bad weather conditions such as rain or strong winds, we will shoot video from the ground with another camera.
  • Drone is aerial videography. Please be aware that when filming in a public place, a third party may appear in the video.
• Drone Flight Application: If you wish to fly a drone in a public place, you may be required to pay for a flight permit application. Please inquire.
• Additional Instagram options：
  • Video for social networking up to 60 seconds. Download online or receive a USB copy (USB: $80.00, shipping not included).
• Uncut Ceremony only: We will shoot from the start of the ceremony (first song) to the end of the ceremony (exit scene).
• Additional options can only be ordered by those who have ordered the video package.
• Add 2 days to the original number of delivery date for each additional option (excluding additional options for arrival, garden, interview, and departure)
• If there are more than 3 combinations, 2 weeks will be added.
• Cancellation Policy
  • Make-up & Hotel, Photo Tour, Reception, Uncut Ceremony:
    30~15 days prior: 50% / 14 days prior: Full amount
  • Instagram
    30~15 days before: 50% / 14 days before: Full amount
  • Drone application fee: non-refundable

Delivery / Rush Fee / Online Upload

• Delivery location/time: We will deliver to your agent in Honolulu or to your hotel.
• For delivery outside Honolulu, an additional fee will be charged. Please inquire.
• Please note that rush delivery may not be available. Please contact us if you require Super Rush.
• Additional optional express delivery is an additional $150.00 for each additional option: However, we do not accept express delivery within 24 hours.
• Online delivery: $50 per video package (except A Short Film Online). Add 1 day to the original expected delivery date.

• If video equipment except drone fails out of Treehouse Production Hawaii’s control, we will limit liability to $1000.00.
• If drone fails out of Treehouse Production Hawaii’s control, we will refund the drone fee.
