Important Notices and Agreements
About reservation
- For the hair and makeup of guests, we will proceed before the bride’s hair and makeup. In principle, we kindly ask for reservations in the same dressing room as the bride.
- If you would like to make an individual reservation for guest hair and makeup, please feel free to inquire us.
Cancellation Policy
- Within 2 weeks from reservation: No charge
- From 2 weeks after the reservation to 31 days before the wedding date: $300.00
- Within 30 days from the wedding day: 100%
Notes
- If makeup application becomes challenging due to the following conditions, we regret that we cannot assume responsibility. Please be advised of this in advance.
- Natural disasters (such as earthquakes and associated disasters)
- Man-made disasters (fires, theft, etc.)
- Significant social disorder
- Unavoidable circumstances for the assigned hair and makeup artist (illness, personal misfortune, etc.)
Profile
After gaining extensive experience in hair and makeup in Japan, I moved to the United States in 2009. I worked as an exclusive hair and makeup artist at a wedding company before starting my freelance makeup artist career in October 2013. I have been actively working in this field since then, and it continues to the present day.
