In 2007, founded a hair and makeup business, BILINO, in Hawaii.
We are an agent for hair and makeup artists who work for TV commercials, magazines, TV programs, advertisements, shows, and weddings in both Japan and the United States. Leveraging the sense and skills cultivated in media hair and makeup, we also produce hair and makeup for weddings in Hawaii. With a blend of fashionable essence, our top artists dedicate themselves to assisting stylish brides with their hair and makeup.

Cancellation Policy
- Within 2 weeks from the reservation: No charge
- From 2 weeks after the reservation to 31 days before the ceremony: $300.00
- 30~15 days before the ceremony: 50%
- Within 14 days until the ceremony: 100%
Other Important Notes
- For covering tattoos, large birthmarks, scars, etc., airbrushing or similar techniques may be required. The required time and charges vary depending on the condition, so please consult us for more details.

While residing in Japan, after gaining experience as a top stylist in a salon for 15 years, transitioned to Chief Makeup Artist at a hair and makeup agency. Actively engaged as a hair and makeup artist in various media, including magazines, TV, advertisements, and fashion shows.
In 2007, founded the hair and makeup agency BILINO in Hawaii. Since then, has been actively at the forefront as a hair and makeup artist for both Japanese and American media, as well as Hawaii weddings. Known for utilizing fashion sense in hair and makeup, earning trust from models and celebrities.
Naoko
BILINO Top Stylist
While in Japan, was affiliated with a hair and makeup agency, then became independent in 2007, working as a freelance hair and makeup artist for magazines, TV, advertisements, and shows. In 2013, relocated to Hawaii and joined BILINO.
Since then, has been actively at the forefront as a hair and makeup artist for both Japanese and American media, as well as Hawaii weddings. Well-known for expertise in natural and cute wedding hair and makeup, receiving high praise and support from stylish brides.
Atsuko
After working as a hairstylist in salons in both Japan and abroad, relocated to Hawaii in 2015. Has been actively working as a hair and makeup artist, primarily in weddings. Joined BILINO in 2017.
